Built-in UBI + wealth tax
1% of every company payment goes into a monthly UBI pool. Workers earning over $1,000/month contribute an additional 1% on earnings above that threshold. The entire pool is distributed equally to every active worker at the end of each month. Everyone shares in the platform's growth.

Examples
How it works
1. You specify how many workers at each skill level, and how many hours per week.
2. Shifts are auto-created. Workers claim shifts and are guaranteed the hourly rate.
3. During shifts, workers do your tasks. If task earnings exceed the guarantee, they keep the task earnings. If not, you pay the guaranteed rate as a floor.
4. Your tasks get priority routing to your guaranteed workers.
5. Cancel anytime — future unfilled shifts are cancelled.
